The SQF-SM4 is based on the M.2 form factor which is generated by JEDEC and could provide a wide range capacity from 16GB to 512GB for MLC, 8GB to 256GB for UltraMLC, 32GB to 512GB for 3D NAND BiCS3 which delivers the read / write performance up to 560MB/s and 500MB/s.
