Products ordered for delivery
If you have received an order by post and wish to return it, you must do so within 16 days after delivery. You can do this by:

Alternatively, you can return the product to our offices directly, but you must bring your sales advice and the credit/debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund.
Any return is subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused must be in a saleable condition i.e. the packaging undamaged and all of the goods present.
A 15% re-stocking fee (excluding initial shipping costs)
The end user pays the shipping costs to return the goods to the Manufacturer, in this case a European shipping cost may apply.
BCD will make the relevant payment to the end user only when we have received a credit from the relevant Manufacturer.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and to ask for proof of identification
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery, however, you may receive your order before you have time to cancel it.
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
Your parcel will arrive within 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order.
This applies to the UK only shipping. This will include some product lines held at distributors in UK and Europe. Where goods are shipped from outside the UK additional shipping charges will apply.
You can track the status of your order by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent orders.
Items are shipped in working days only, your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm,
Deliveries are not made on public holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended.
